I got a sealed box of 1990 proof sets in a week or so ago. Opened them up and look what I found. Looks like a science project growing in my proof sets. Only the Lincoln, I'm going to crack all the others out before it spreads!!!

Lordy Lordy.Thats the big problem with copper.A little moisture and time well just destroy the metal.
If left alone, that creeping crud will engulf the whole coin before you can say ......say..(insert witty quip).
