    I don't know this seller.

    I looked at the price and I thought wow what a great deal.

    Then I looked at the coin and I have to be honest I'm not an expert but this coin doesn't know like any of the seated proofs I've seen. It looks like a great business strike not a proof. (maybe that's why is so cheap.
