Bust Half Question???

Like Russ, I got the urge to have an old half. Picked this one up. Now I need the opinions of the peanut gallery!!!

Looks like a nice type. Maybe F or VF. I'm gonna start on the series myself soon. Shouldn't be too hard to put together in F-XF. I've already got an 1827 in F and have an 1831 in XF 10-76(10 code for enroute ) to my house. The flowing hair halves will be the stumpers though. Not too expensive after 1800, it's just that there's not too many out there for sell.

I'm suprised to see that you and Russ are fllowing these too. I just bought an AU-58 1836 Lettered Edge. I'm thinking of building a set also. They look like fun. Those and the Jeffs. BTW - I like your half, and hope you'll put up images of the others as the set grows.

I don't know what it is. I just like them. I'm a half dollar nut anyway. I hope to pony up enough $$$ to get me an early one w/ one of those anorexic eagles on the reverse too
