Does this coin actually exist?

PCGS, in its Population Reports for proof modern commemoratives, lists coin #9925 as a 1992-S Olympic $5 gold DCAM with a total of three certified: 2 in PR69 and 1 in PR68. However, this coin is not part of the Registry Set and no 1992 Olympic $5 coins were officially minted at San Francisco (although the proof dollar and half dollar were minted there).

I can only conclude that if these $5 coins exist, they are errors or trial strikes or presentation pieces. A knowledgeable dealer acquaintance believes these coins do NOT exist with the S mint mark, and that this is was mislabeling error on the part of PCGS. Does anyone out there have one of these three coins, or has anyone seen one, or otherwise have firsthand knowledge about them?

I would side with the dealer, but who knows anymore with the weird stuff coming out of the mint these days. image
