    My advise...First and formost, turn on your PM. Second, PM someone that you feel is knowledgable and ask them alot of questions.

    Control your bashing and try not to feel the trolls (That means, do not keep posting to the threads that have people bashing or whining)

    Above all, enjoy your time here, there are a few bad apples but Many, many good folks here. Remember, we are all human so sometimes we have bad days, please leave room in he margin for bad days.
