Struck on a penny planchet. Off metal strikes are not as common as broadstrucks, off centers, clips etc. This would be quite desirable if it were a US 25¢. I'm not up on DarkSide errors but I know it's neat. The rainbow is an artifact from the scan caused by the mylar in the 2x2. A very sweet lady member brought me this back from vacation.

Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
