    If you're parents have the money to move to Ocean City, MD then they more then likely have the smarts to know how to sell the house. I doubt they need help from their 16 year old going on 13 years old son.

    Here's some sound advice for you Airjordan. It's called an internet search. My favorite place to do it is on www.google.com

    If you use your brain and some logic every single question you could ever have about anything on this and other planets can be found on the internet.

    Some logical keywords might be: "how to", sell, property, house, "real estate", online for starters.

    You've got a brain. Use it.

    It was my bad and i admit to it...I took a break from the boards and forgot to send him an $10 auto so he got all pis*ed but i can understand that....I sent him his card and wrote him a note asking for peace but it didnt work...

    lol i think u forgot a few details...

    for 1) how it took over a year to get my card... 2) the card i received was NOT the card originally agreed upon... 3) the whole year i had to wait, u only talked sh!t about how u would kick my a$$ and that u didn't care i never received because it was a 'low-end' trade and wasn't important enough...

    so u know what? fu^k u for all i care... u can suck up all u want but u always be a pr!ck in my eyes...

    OC is alright. I don't see anything great about it, maybe its b/c I've lived right down the road from it for about 17 years. Are you gonna move to like a bayside house or something? My parents used to have a house on 28th street bayside but got rid of that and got a house in Ocean Pines. LMK how everything works out.
