coin cleaners

Hi all, I am new to the forum and would like to know, what cleaner is the safest to use. I have some corrosion on indian heads, steel cents and nickels. Would it be best to just leave them alone? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

    Acetone or MS-70. Nothing else.
