I had a Letter to the Editor published in this weeks Coin World. Just a little thing, I know, but this was the first time I had sent a letter to CW. I thought it was really neat that they put it in this weeks issue. It was a response to Dean Albanese's Guest Commentary from last week.
Cool Stuff!!!

I have adopted Mr. Q. David Bower's "I Like It" philosophy. I look at a coin and if I like and the price is right I buy it. The coin's slab, if any, has little to do with the choice. I try to read as much about the coins I like as I can. I want the best and most informed opinion about the coin be mine.
Slabbing companies have their place. They've done much to help the hobby, especially in the "Sight Unseen" coin market. I also will say that some companies I would trust more than others if I were buying a coin I hadn't seen yet. The main reason I have not bought a coin without at least looking at a good photo of it, is I believe that there is nothing that can compare to looking at the coin in person.
Thanks

It's nice to discover that the editorial staff consider something you've written worthy of inclusion in their publication. I share your opinion regarding Mr. Albanese's article. Thanks for taking the time to put on paper and express what is probably the sentiment of many others in the hobby.

I'm lucky to even get "published" on the forums.
I read it and a very nice job.
