Coins rattling in new PCGS holders

I know that they do this in the original holders, but the new ones? I just got a 1943-S MS64 nickel (gorgeous, thanks jdbcoin!) and I noticed something... it's a rattler image!!! It is in the new barcode-on-the-front holder.

Has this happened to you?

Not on a new holder, but today I got a new 1888-O Morgan in an old holder that is rattling away!
  • I owned a common date PCGS MS65 Morgan $ before. It was in a first gen. PCGS holder.
If I shook the coin holder for about 6-7 minutes, I could get the coin to do a 360 degree
turn in its holder.// Also, if the coin was straight upright in its holder and I decided to look
at the coin for a few minutes, the coin would become slightly rotated in its holder on many
occasions. Before I would put the coin away, I would shake the coin holder for about 10-15
seconds one way or another to get the coin back in a straight upright position in its
    holder.

Don't really have the rattle problem. I just hate when the coin is put in sideways. Turns a perfectly good coin into a freak.
