Arrington Ultra Rookie Help

My friend and I each have an arrington Ultra rookie and he put his up on ebay. Some guy emailed him and offered him $250.00 to end the auction early, it was already at $150.00 with 9 days left. What do you guys think, my friend said he would most likely sell it for $300.00, do you guys think that is about right, is he being too greedy or should he ask for more. If someone here has a better offer let me know as well.

    Leave the auction going. You see this all the time on ebay, someone emails and offers a price for the card, and they still end up winning it for more than what their offer was in the first place.

    If anyone here knows a lot about this card and what it usually sells for let me know, I hardly ever see it on ebay and we're trying to figure out if we should just take the 250.00 or get more. The card only books at 250.00 and I know getting full book value is great for a card but should I get more?
