Merc folks, some Pop report help please

DLRC has 2 1927-P No Bands Mercs on sale right now. My old Population report (March 2002) shows 2 in 66 and none better. Did they make some of these? Or did DLRC buy both examples?

I am guessing some crossovers or upgrades happened. I would appreciate the help as I am thinking of buying one.

Thanks for the info!! You guys are the best.

I think I am going to pick one up. 7/0 in 66 NB for a 27-P works for me. My old bluesheet has them at 225, so I think DLRC's price is in line. If I don't like the coin I will send it back.

    Rick,

I just looked at DLRC's site and one of the 27-P NB66 is gone. Did it go to you? Did they have a pic of it?
If not did you call and have John discribe the coin to you. He is real good to do that. Their pics don't usually show the luster very good.

Hope you are getting one and like it.

    Rick:

When DLRC first put the 27P's up they had 4 of them For Sale. Looks like someone submitted a Bunch all at once. Beware Common Date Coins as the Pops can change Over Night. IMHO. They Looked Nice to me though. Little Spendy but thats Life lately.image
