Gee, Russ, as far as I know there have been no major complaints.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.

Pennies make dollars, and dollars make slabs!
....inflation must be kicking in again this dollar says spend by Dec. 31 2004!

Please no one get offended; my scenario is offered "coin in slab" or rather "tongue in cheek."
Now let's hear the good version Truth.
to compare David Hall with Alan Hager is just plain cruel and unfair to David, and unthinking. David may be subject to some criticism for some of the things he does or doesn't do, but he has contributed nicely to the renewal of interest in coin collecting over the past several years. If it were not for him, would you have PCGS (please don't tell me the hobby would be better off without it), set registries that many of you seem to love, or a message board here to exchange views on coins? I could go on. David Hall has contributed positively to the coin hobby. In any case, to go on the PCGS message board and compare him to Hager just plain stinks, and imho is very juvenille. If you have a complaint about PCGS or Davbid Hall, present it in a civil way, for debate.
Let's be fair, no one deserves to be compared to Alan Hager, let alone David Hall. Alan is in a class (in a manner of speaking) by himself!

just a little grammatical help for your signature
i believe you mean to write that pcgs was "cited" for violations, the only way the term "sited" might work is if they were actually relocated (say to prison or some such other "site").
I find your comment interesting. Since I began posting for quite a while with many, many insightfull threads, you have failed to respond to those in kind, yet I throw up a garbage thread, and your quick to comment. Seems YOU prefer the garbage.
This was one of your more 'insightful' comments on a previous thread:

"Just read an interesting article in the British Medical Journal Lancet dealing with a correlation between the need or urge to snipe and premature ejaculation. Toothpuller"
You shouldn't throw stones.

PCGS and ACG are not comparable companies. Why do you slur David Hall? He and PCGS may have their flaws but I consider him an asset to coin collectors especially those of us not as experienced and knowledgable as you. ACG is the opposite, preying on the newbies.

I thought if he was sited it meant that somebody seen him. Oh yeah, about the fight; I think they are both sissy boys and couldn't beat their way out of a wet paper bag. That guy from NGC would take both of them.
Remember... ACG slabs don't contain any PVC, which is soft... so he has a harder slab to use as a weapon, because EVERYONE knows that PCGS has PVC slabs
I accept your apology.
