Heritage puzzle follow up

I did call thursday morning at 930am and left a message for Kim Ross. At 2pm I called and asked to talk to "someone" about a coin. A very pleasant fellow answered and asked what coin I was interested in. I identified the coin and he asked what the question was. I asked why a coin i had tried to buy was now up for auction? The response was actually funny, as I had never heard such stuttering in my life! After a flurry of clicks I was on the phone with Kim Ross.
I identified myself, and while she was looking up my account, I explained the problem. She apoligized and mentioned that they had just returned from a major show and had made an honest mistake. They could not pull the item as ther were bids on it, ($83.00 vs my buy @ 745.00) However she suggested this may work in my favor as I might win the auction at a lesser amount. Well, time will tell.
I do want to point out that my previous transactions with Heritage have been good and my post was never intended as negative. I wrote the post merely out of curiousity. Thanks to all who responded

I've even returned several auction coins before, although technically you're not supposed to. No problems yet.
Good luck with your transaction Baron --- and keep us up to date.
