WHAT IS UP WITH THESE EBAY RIP OFFS!!

GRRR, Im getting fed up with the people on there. A couple months ago I got charged $36 shipping for 30-40 cards. Now another guy is charging me $15 for shipping on not even 30 cards. Im paying more for those cards than I am for 15 boxes($24 for shipping). And I waited a month and a half for another guy to send me my cards. He didnt sent until I said i was filing charges if I didnt have them by the end of the week. Ebay is really starting to piss me off. THe lastest 2 guys id's are
