Who from PCGS looks at any of these posts?

I must admit, at this point in my life PCGS ranks with Enron and Worldcom on my list of favorite companies to hate, but I am willing to extend an olive branch here. I have heard that someone named Charlie is a good person to deal with, but I would like to know who at PCGS monitors the boards or even cares about those collectors here who aren't drinking the Kool-Aid and singing the worshipful praises of your almighty grading service. I got over the body bagging of my older classics for whatever reason, but my last submission of a 2002 proof Kennedy that came back with a fingerprint on the obverse and reverse really set me off. I sent an e-mail questioning this to your general e-mail (info@pcgs.com) and was summarily dismissed by some underling as some idiot that apparently handles all my proofs with peanut butter on my fingers. That only made me more angst-ridden! Sure, I admit if I was some kid out of college making poverty level wages in Newport Beach, I would have done the same, but don't your customers deserve better? So many on these boards only disparage other grading services like NGC and ICG, but after dealing with ICG for my year and a half hiatus from your service, I can say without a doubt that their customer service makes yours look like something from a Soviet bakery. They are very responsive and honestly care about their customers, big and small alike, and they care from the receptionist answering the phones to the President of the company. Say what you will about their grading standards, but I have found them to be at least as conservative if not more conservative than PCGS on the coins I collect. So my request of those at PCGS that look at these boards and care about us plebians, let us know who you are and how to contact you so we can get some satisfaction the next time you leave your calling card on one of our modern proofs, or body bag a coin that we cracked out of one of your very own slabs. I for one would appreciate it.

What would your slabbed coins be worth if the grading services went out of business? What would your coins be worth if the Internet was taken offline for good?
A PCGS grader sometimes reads these forums, but doesn't make it known that he is one of the graders. Please don't ask me who he is.
BJ reads the reg set forum.
That's about it.

Ok, who is it?OK who is it?
I can relate to your feelings when something like this happens, and I too want instant gratification most of the time, but, sometimes you've got to follow the complaint procedures. Sometimes, a written signed complaint with details provides grounds for corrective action, and sometimes it is the ONLY grounds for corrective action.
Yeah, I know, I'm beginning to sound like like a mediator; what can I say?
Greg is right. Charlie and I try to monitor the boards but can miss a few posts.
Charlie is in charge of the customer service department and you can PM from these boards His ID is Charlie or you can e-mail him at Charlie@Collectors.com or call him at ext. 141.
