Coins that change colors after being graded

I used to submit alot of $5 modern commems to PCGS but it seems 20% of them come back spotted or toned. When I submitted them I left them in the capsules and they were 100% clean. Sent 3 batches back to PCGS asking for an explanation. The first two batches they "fixed" with no explanation. The third batch they just returned the coins toned with no explanation. Since then I've stopped buying $5 commems for grading. I don't want to sell them to people and have them change colors. Right now I'm sitting on 15 coins that in my opinion are unsaleable. Anyone else have that problem and does anyone know why so many change after grading?
