1884-S MS 62?

The seller of this auction claims this coin is worth over $7000 wholesale and is willing to sell it for $500 (with a buy it now of $3500). It did not get any bids. I don't see this coin as MS-62. If it was, why were there no bidders? Also with just a 5 day return policy and no returns allowed if opened, you could get stuck with a bad coin. This one looks fishy to me.

What would your slabbed coins be worth if the grading services went out of business? What would your coins be worth if the Internet was taken offline for good?

It's hard to tell from the scan, but it doesn't look unc. to me. He should have it graded/slabbed, then I'll believe it!
