paypal is used as a way of transferring money from one person to another. the money can either come from your paypal account, or it can be debited from your credit card or checking account. to send money there is no cost, but to recieve it you pay a small percentage (around three percent) on the amount in question. go to www.paypal.com for more info and to sign up as a used. i send and recieve money through paypal and i highly reccomend it.
