Interesting looking 1938 Proof Jefferson on eBay in PR67.

I'm pretty sure that's hazy toning, but it does create a remarkably cameo look, doesn't it? A pretty unusual looking coin, for not a bad price.
Also, I just noticed the PR68 populations for 1938 and 1939 just went up again. Now they are 5 and 4. The last time these pops went up, they went up in tandem, too. Weird. It's like someone keeps on sending in nice matched pairs of these early issues. The pace of recognition of new 68s in for these years has increased, as well. They were two and two for the longest time. In any event, I hope they keep makin' em!!!
