what is blue and greysheet for a pcgs pf 65 common date barber quarter?

my friend called me with a coin he wants to buy and asked me for this
i told him look at the eye appeal and grade of the coin but he wants to base the price he will pay based on blue and grey sheet bid and ask i guess this is better than nothing

    is there such a thing as a "common-date" PR-65 barber quarter??? just wondering, its an otherwise staid design that does look nice as a proof.
