braddick; I agree. I have a 67 (not cameo) which looks better than that scan. I assume it's a lousy scan, but you never know. And I'll never know (unless someone on the board buys it and reports to us), partly because it has gone past my price point and partly because the seller's "no return" policy for PCGS graded coins.
It ashame too. I would be interested in it however that return policy scares that heck outa me. Of the hundreds of graded coins I have purchaced sight unseen, I have never returned one. However having the option taken away is something that keeps me from bidding. SealyP
I got to say I find this seller's return policy annoying and deceptive: on the listing he says in very large print: "Worried about return priviledges Click HERE to read policy". and then when you click the lick and scroll down a page or two to the return policy, it says: "All auction items, with the exception of PCGS, NGC or similar third party grading service coins, comes with a ten(10)day return privilege from date of shipment.
To me it is a little misleading to imply that there is a return policy and only when I follow the link and read the fine print do I find out that this policy doesn't apply to this auction. If he tries to hide his return policy (or lack thereof) like this, it makes mewonder what else he would hide, so I'll probably avoid his auctions now and in the future.
I was the winning bidder in the Ebay auction for this coin. I was aware of this sellers return policy, and have sent her an email requesting her logic/reason behind this policy, especially for coins that are sold almost "sight unseen" (a scan). Daniel D. Biddle Paris, KY.
The seller reason for the no return policy was simple. Too many bidders were using the open return policy to have coins sent to them "on approval". I will LYK how the coin looks, once I receive it. Danny Biddle Paris, KY.

Congratulations on that coin. Please let us know what it looks like in person. It's hard to tell fromthe scan.
