    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Maybe he's going to talk to that other dealer who uses liver of sulphur on his silver american eagles and calls it MS-70.

    I've heard of artificial toning; I think this is a clear case of artificial scanning. Maybe he should have put a label under the coin stating "Artist's Conception."
    Buy the coin...but be sure to pay for it.
