    Depends on the coin. Id call an 1874-CC dime in XF45 "high grade"

    Depends on the coin. A barber Half in EF would be a high grade as they are impossible to find even in that grade.

    I think it's a little better than XF. Why don't you buy it so we can examine it and determine if it is rumin's scaning ability or his coins that suck?
