I saw the rim ding, but what are the indications of the cleaning? The general unevenness of the color?

it looks like there are small scratches an abrasions on the coin, but it's hard to tell from the scan. This was a long time ago, and the coin has tarnished and circulated, causing that uneven color with the spots on the obverse, I believe.
