I got my PR67 1964 Kennedy today and tried to register it but the say they have no record of it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yep, send an email to gayle@collectors.com (I think, setregistry@collectors.com should work too). Include the cert number and they should be able to fix it. Did for me.

happened to me with a coin bought off ebay. i called the 800 number and they asked me to email a photo of the coin/slab. they fixed it within an hour.
