Submission Form Help Needed

I have no printer so i can`t print out submission forms from the PCGS home page and was wondering if PCGS will send out submission forms to a Silver member. If thet will how do i go about getting any? I`m new at this as you can tell.

    They should send them out. Just call them tomorrow at 800.447.8848 ask for customer service and then ask the cs person to send some out to you.

    Of course you'll probably have to request them 5 times before they actually send you the forms.
