    i did once, LOL, but i made the seller send first, LOL, you could always try that approach

    I've done it before, but only on high dollar cards where I was getting a ridiculously low price. I wouldn't buy an item for over 10 bucks from a negative seller.

    it was a while back, when the darius miles spx rc was really hot and selling for about 450 on ebay, this guy had -2 feedback and he had one with a Buy it now of only 250, so i bought it, and i emailed him and told him the only way i was paying is if he sent first, and he agreed, he even sent priority, i had it in two days. LOL, then i turned around and sold it for 450 on ebay and made $200 profit, image
