Did someone crack out many of the ms69 quarters?!

I just checked the pop report today and there is not a single ms69
quarter dated 2002 anymore! Something weird is going on! Do they even
exist or was it all a database error? I thought Wondercoin bought
a Tennessee ms69 quarter, but the pop says "zero" ms69's
and only 18 ms68's! Maybe most of the 69's were overgraded and
resubmited and downgraded and the submitter was compensated.
