PSA's Submission Form

Is it just me, or do other people think that PSA's printable submission form is nowhere close to being user friendly.
I try to print out the form, and can only get 1 through 19 on one page, and then 20 through 25 on the next page.
Also.....why is it that PSA only numbers their forms to 25 cards........there are plenty of people that submit cards by the hundreds.......how do you big submitters deal with this?

    John,

I think someone else had mentioned this on this same forum about a year ago.

The recomendation was to copy the form into WORD or Word Perfect and them add as many lines as you needed. Thats how I've gone and PSA has never questioned it when I've sent 300- 400 cards at a time.

    Hope this helps.

  • Luckily, I usually require nothing more than 2 submission forms. The way to get more lines on the page, so that 1-19 and then 20 break, is to view the webpage smaller. You can do this by fooling around with the view option in Internet explorer, and it works on MSN or AOL explorers if you do this. On another note... Since when have you been able to input data into the printable sheets? I recently printed one to send in my 74's and noticed you can now type in them. I haven't printed one out in a while, but I also just downloaded Acrobat, so is that why I can type in them now?

  • Thanks for the tips guys.

Ian.....I too can type in the new forms, so it may just be a new thing they came up with for us.

  • I think they recently changed the form so that you could fill it out online before printing it. The spaces are a little bigger which is why the form is now split with the first 20 lines on one page and the remaining 5 on the next. I printed off some forms last night and needed an invoice with 100 lines on it. I printed pages 1-5 and then printed 4 extra copies of the first page. I just crossed off the line numbers on the extra first pages and renumbered them 21-40, 41-60, etc.

As long as you get the cards to PSA and they can make sense out of what you are trying to do, they will take it. Just don't forget to include payment!
