Serial Number Matches Jersey Number

A card carries a premium usually when a serial number matches a jersey number. But what about when a player goes to another team and uses a different jersey number and the card matches the old jersey number, is there still a permium? The card below pictures Joe Montana in a Chiefs uniform wearing #19 but is numbered 16/1000.

He is known for wearing #16 so that's a good serial number. Too bad it wasn't on a card where he has the #16 jersey on, that would probably hurt it's value alittle but not that much. Is that your card?
