Boy did I luck out and find these, remember these are ms coins...



Will send them in next week for grading. Looks like the penny is a solid 66 with unbelievable deep proof like mirrors and the quarter IMO should go 68, which is very scarce.

No, actually I just meant to remind everyone looking at them that they are mint state coins and not proof. But you are right, they are sms coins. I figured with the cameo, everyone would make that leap.

Sorry for appearing to be a smart a$$....

They are great coins and if that cent goes cameo you have a truly rare find. Only 6 have been certified with the cameo designation, 4 MS65 & 2 MS66, congradulations.

Those are exceptionally nice Morris. My PM doesn't work from home, but I'll PM you tomorrow. The SMS coins in cameo are always such a treat.

You might try to remove the haze before submitting them, that will greatly improve your chances of earning a cam designation. As is I doubt PCGS would CAM either coin. Perhaps send them off to NCS? It could be very well worth your money and time to do this.
