just looking I guess... I bought a Derek Jeter SP RC on there for $14 shipped w/ insurance and ended up trading it at a card show Saturday for an Edgerrin James SP Authentic RC.. so not to bad really

I would have to agree w/ Cardinal88, looking is about the best thing you can do. Also look at the newly listed items that have BIN's, because sometimes you can get a steal that way. But just looking is about the best way. That's how I've had my success

I bought a Elway/Griese Dual JSY/Auto #'d /15 for $150 and just sold it for $305 and I bought a Jim Brown JSY/Auto #'d /32 for like $80 and recently sold it for $125-130. I also just sold one of my Tmac Buyback auto's that I bought for $150 for $300. And I just got those by looking, I don't think there really is a excellent excellent secret.

I also just recently bought a SP Adam Dunn auto from Leaf Rookies and Stars set for $90 and one just sold for over $150.

I sold all of them back on ebay. Also, bid at the last second so you don't keep bidding, some people keep bidding and bidding, so bid at the last second so you don't find your self paying a lot more than you wanted to.

Some people have luck finding auctions w/ the name misspelled in the title or they go to an auction that is selling a GU'd card and it is a multi colored patch and the seller didn't put patch in the title and they get them cheap because people think it's just a regular old single color GU'd card.

I do 'snipe' if I am gonna buy. Ya...I have found a few of those. But how could u sell it for 2x what YOU got it for???

very true about the name and title.. I won the Jeter for $14 and it said Premier Prospects instead of SP RC, so people didnt stop to see what it was

Its just really all about the people on ebay... On some auctions people that would of been interested weren't looking at it when it was going, then when you re-sell it new people come on and stuff, it also depends on how many are on ebay at that time also.. Your gonna get more money on a card that is the only one on ebay than if there was 5 or so... Also how bad the people want the card is another..
