Is this an error card?

I was updating my 96/97 topps chrome set, and when i was done i was looking at the backs of my new cards and i noticed that both Shareef Abdur-Rahim and Ray Allen were picked 3rd overall. I'm at work right now so i don't have access to a scanner but both of the cards say they were drafted in 1996 first round 3rd overall.
If this is an error card does anyone know if they reprinted a correct issue?
