Ha, looks like he wasnt carrying a gun, and the one guy lied and the other didnt see anything. The one guy wanted 100 thousand to drop charges, but the judge knew the guy was full of it. IVERSONS BACK BABY!

I agree. I was HOPING they would send his a$$ to prison where he belongs. He was definitely carrying a gun and he got off because $$$ talks. You don't hear about some of the things that go on behind the scenes...and the media doesn't catch it. It's not really surprising that he does these sort of things...it's actually surprising that they don't happen more OFTEN!

Athletes rarely go to jail, If they're good they can do whatever they want. O.J. simpson- Kills two people, now spends his freetime playing golf and raising his kids. Ray Lewis- Accused of murder, acquitted of all charges. One year to the day is starting in the Superbowl. One day he Allen will probably kill his wife, hire Johnny cochrane and Robert Shapiro, and a year later he will be the NBA Finals MVP.

Yeah, it's messed up, but thats how it works!

And yes I know Ray Carruth is in prison, but he sucked anyway and I said good athletes!!!!

All he's become now is a big joke!So what,he got off.We'll see this thug in irons again before the ink dries from the huge check he wrote
to get out of this mess.
Sooner ot later like most punks tho,he is going down for something heavy where all the money in the world won't help him.The only hope is no innocent person has to be harmed along the way but the sad truth is usually somebody does get hurt bad.
Too bad too in a way as he has alot of talent & could do so much good for alot of people.Oh well,there is always hope!

The NBA players better hope the league doesn't implement random drug testing.More than half the league would be hammered for being high on weed!!If you clowns want to throw your money away on a bunch of high,whacked out overpaid drug heads running a ball up & down a court,go ahead.
There are good & bad in every sport;I think we all know that.DUH!
It just so happens that % wise there are just more of them in the NBA.
As far as what a thug is;Iverson is a thug.I live in Virginia & have watched,read & heard of all his troubles since his high school days.
He was a thug as a teenager & is now & always will be,unless he decides to get his act together which it doesn't look like he is going to anytime soon.
Again,I say it is so sad because he could be doing so much good with the talent he has.To have that kind of celebrity & waste it away like he is doing is nothing short of criminal.While there is always hope,the sad thing is someone is going to get seriously hurt or worse before this sad tale ends.

money says he didnt pay those lawyers 1/4 of what oj paid, and he coulda got a sh*ty lawyer and got off. The guy lied. THe other guy testified saying he said it to get $100,000. ITs all about money, and people lie to get it. The guy that testified also said he didnt see a gun, and didnt feel threatened. It was also his cousins house, which Allen paid for, so trespassing and all the breaking in charges were crap as well. As for his wife, why he married such an ugly as* ho is beyond me, she must jsut work it good or something.
