This showed up in the mail today. I love finding old sets. This is no exception. I had to have it.
I find it irresistible.
Really nice group of coins with a few rainbow toned coins.
Just wanted to share it with the forum!

Nice!
Very nice. Was wondering why the LOC dates were covered with the labels then saw that they were inserted into the 1916 - 1923 dates.

“…with a few rainbow toned coins.”
Which ones?
Mark Feld* of Heritage Auctions*Unless otherwise noted, my posts here represent my personal opinions.
The 1944-S shows the most color. The 1945-S and 1946-S show a touch of color. As I said just a few.

I did take a couple out to look at them and its mostly gold rim toning as they are kind of tucked in there so its hard to see.
They all have a gold tone in general.
They are not white.
Its very difficult to get them out without damaging the book so I backed off.
Id say two or three have a touch of color.
