Just getting ready to send off a submission to PCGS and noticed the recipient address has changed.

So, are we back to actually putting 'PCGS' on the submission labels now?

Anyone else notice this?

Your post and the one by @Goldbully give contradictory information from PCGS - in his, ship to PCGS, but in yours, to Polly C. Gilmore.

Which one is correct?

When you click on a submission*, Polly's info is at the bottom of that webpage. You can see the Return to My Orders button in my image. @Goldbully is getting his info from the actual order submission form.

I would assume both can be used. Maybe @pcgs_social can chime in?

EDIT: Changed click on order to click on submission*.

it's still polly c gilmore BUT @Goldbully where did you get that page? it looks pretty old so would love to take a look and potentially flag it to the team

From today’s online submission printout. Not to mention, I checked an older submission and it also says PCGS.

I used PCGS as the recipient, I assume the package will process properly.
