ms68: NH-p, NH-d, VA-d, RI-d, KY-d, ME-d, IA-p, NV-d, NM-d
ms69: NY-p, VT-p, MS-p, WI-d
(and may be interested in any other low pops or even in complete sets or partial sets if they contain enough of the above).
