Jefferson Full Steps

Seen some discussion on the Full Steps designation for Jeffersons and was wondering if there is also a category or class of collector that not only searches for the 5-6 full steps but also those coins that exhibit the two side staircases on the coin. I understand that this particular coin, like the 1997, is a special strike, but it also is a more definitive strike.
