PSA Set Registry Login Problem (RESOLVED)

Is anyone else unable to login to the set registry?
I just tried to login, and was not able to. PSA is requiring a phone number to be entered, to be validated by text message.
I DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE!!!!!
I DO NOT HAVE ANY WAY OF GETTING TEXT MESSAGES!!!!!
I have a simple land line voice telephone; and I am sure that I am not the only person here without a cell phone!!!!!
