not sure what to make of this but the dime looks like the copper is showing through on the reverse and all around the edge

Its hard to tell with them pics. (Looks like enviremental damage). Any chance ya got clearer looking pics?
Just a horribly damaged coin.

Damage either way.
I know the '82 D has this issue and the edge is all copper too
