Is there anyone else having problems uploading JPEG images and sending them via PM?

I didn't have a problem attaching a picture recently (and it still shows on my sent DMs) but the recipient did not receive the picture.
It made for a cryptic phone call later on when I started discussing the coins in the picture I sent and the recipient had absolutely no idea what I was talking about

I sent a PM yesterday and the attached image went through, as far as I can tell. I can see it on my end. I have not received a reply back from the intended target.

It worked. Thank you! Maybe I'll just try another computer. Unfortunately I don't have the preview option for a PM. Earlier when trying to send a PM, there was text showing the photos, but the photos were not visible in the body. I was trying to send .JPEG files.
