how do i make a new icon?? ive got a couple cool pics i want to use as my icon, anybody know?

    Carol isn't letting anyone upload icons anymore because people were putting icons of naked women, rude images, etc. and so forth as their icon...so no one can upload anymore.

    (But hey, what's so bad about naked women and rude pictures? You can cut the television on and see all that on one show) image
