Anyone up on what I believe to be Latin?

Any idea what this means?

ChatGPT says it's Greek, and it's the part in bold from Romans 13:7 - "Render to all what is due them: taxes to whom taxes are due, tolls to whom tolls are due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due."

Thanks - Greek was my second guess.

It is also "not ancient Greek" - they didn't invent lowercase Greek letters like this until the 9th century, and this typeface looks distinctly 20th century.
