Franklin MS64 Set in Rattlers - Help Needed (plus pop report from Oct 89)

Over the past few years I have been assembling a set of Franklins in MS64 in Rattlers. I am only a few short. Hunting for a 53-P and a 60-D. I have seen a few 60-Ds over the past years, but I have never seen a 53-P. I am coming to believe that it was likely a bit of a unicorn even in late 1989 (it would have been an "oops" grade) and today probably rarer than a phoenix feather. I would appreciate leads on either.

I would also like to get a pop report from Oct 89 - willing to buy, access, use, etc. I am trying to check the numbers that were originally graded (recognizing of course not reflective of what still exists after crack-outs and regrades, etc.) -- to help ground my "yup a unicorn" conclusion..
