Mints Marks on American Eagle Gold and Silver Bullion Coins

Just confirming my understanding: I know that proof, burnished and other special varieties of American Eagle coins might carry mint marks. But Eagle bullion coins do not carry mint marks, regardless of the facility where they were produced. Is this correct?

    Correct, although my personal opinion is that every U.S. coin ought to bear the mark of its mint unless minted in Philadelphia. We’ve gotten away from that.
