Using eBay Authenticity Guarantee Program….lets see how it goes

My coin was received yesterday by PCGS, and this morning I received an email from eBay saying, "Congrats! Your item was authenticated." It is pretty fast. I like it. I think the program is good for both the buyer and the seller. I don't understand why there are so many negative comments about the program. I guess that gives a good opportunity for people to post something.

My certified coin was received yesterday; pretty much 2 days coast to coast when I ship priority to PCGS. The hopefully happy customer should have it next week.

I purchased a Morgan on Friday 9/18, received by USPS on Sat 9/19 in NJ, went to Philadelphia 9/22, then Arizona 9/24. Where is the authenticator location? Basically, I'm at a week without it even being received by them, let alone when I'll see it...
