    Thanks to the mods for moving it.

    Now, what kind of "help" were you hoping for? It appears to me to be a fairly normal, though somewhat road-rashed, 5 rupee coin. The mintmark is below the date; possible options are star, circle, diamond, Moscow and none.

    Your posting history tells us that none of your coins are of any special value. There is nothing special about your 5 rupee coin. There is no need to ask for help; just be content in your ownership of the coin and enjoy it in your collection.
