What is a good Phone program to use? ? ?

I need some kind of Phone program basiclly so I can use my mic as a speaker phone. IF you know any that are free to download LMK.

dont most chat programs like msn messanger or yahoo messanger have it built in? I dont know for sure... just thought they do.
