The round-mark "RMR" (Rothschild Metal Refinery) bars have the year stamped on them.
I see "1957", "1960", and "1961".

So the hoard is from the 1960s or later.

Incredible find. My guess is whoever owns the property owns whatever is on the property. I don’t thing finders keepers applies.
